Preparación Limpiar los champiñones y cortarlos a trocitos pequeños y reservar. Colocar en un recipiente adecuado para microondas la mantequilla, el diente de ajo pelado y cortado y las rodajas de puerro, añadir un pellizco de sal y meter en el microondas durante 1 minuto a potencia máxima. Añadir los champiñones y el vino y volver a meter en el microondas durante 4 minutos a potencia máxima. Sacar y echar al vaso del minipimer, añadir la nata líquida y triturar bien. Pasar por el chino o colador y utilizar. Notas: Es una salsa muy socorrida que sirve para acompañar multitud de platos como: carnes o pescados a la plancha, pasteles o flanes con champiñones, pasta italiana, etc |
